What is a Parent Ambassador?

A Parent Ambassador (PA) is a school parent who helps in the recruiting and marketing process for All Saints Catholic School. As a PA you will reach out to parents you know as well as parents that you do not know to tell the story of Catholic education and our school. As a parent of a current student, you are a key influencer in a prospective parent's decision to send their child to a Catholic school. In addition, you can help promote the good news about our school within our own school community by facilitating communication and encouraging involvement. Some of the things you may be asked to do as a PA are:

  • Conduct tours at Open House and Welcome Wednesdays
  • Attend community events to handout information and answer questions about our school
  • Attend All Saints Parish and School events
  • Greet fellow school parents at School events and promote our positive message
  • Ask local businesses to post a flyer about our upcoming Open Houses and Welcome Wednesdays
  • Outreach to All Saints, St. Andrews, or Holy Disciples Parish and answer questions about All Saints Catholic School after Mass
  • Share your positive school experiences with other families in your neighborhoods, sports teams, parishes, and in any other venue where you would have a chance to promote our school to prospective parents and students
If you are interested in becoming a PA, please contact our Parent Ambassador Coordinator Linda Schmitz at lindaschmitz@msn.com or Diana Grosch at dgrosch@allsaintsparish.com.

Note: All volunteer hours associated with the Parent Ambassador Program are major fundraising hours
