I am excited to watch our 2nd grade "Eagles" soar this year!
I am originally from Bombay, India. I came to the United States of America in 1982 along with my husband Roland, and our two children Oliver and Erika.
In India I received my Kindergarten and Junior Teacher’s certificate from St. Margaret’s College and taught in a Catholic school for 8 years. On coming to the States I received my Montessori Training through The Montessori Institute of America and taught at a Montessori school for 3 years. I then went on to Pierce College and received an AA Degree in Early Childhood Education and in Arts and Science. While in college I began teaching at All Saints School in 1993. I taught Pre-Kindergarten for 4 years and Kindergarten for 3 years. I then took 2 years off and went on to Central Washington University where I received my BA in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I am so glad to be a part of All Saints School and this is my 7th year teaching Second grade.
My interests include reading, sewing, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
