Admission Requirements
Students are considered for admission to All Saints School if they:

1. Desire a Christian education
2. Will support the Christian way of life at the school
3. Agree to participate wholeheartedly in the spiritual life of the school which includes regular church attendance and participation in scheduled school programs
4. Can benefit from the programs of the school (All Saints is not equipped to assist students whose needs require special teachers or facilities.)

Upper grades are evaluated by past record. All new students are on probation the first year.

Fundraising
All school families are required to participate in our fundraising projects. Over 15,000 hours are volunteered to the school each year through the annual fund drive, fair parking, auction and raffle, and SCRIP fundraising projects.

Commitment Hours
All school families are required to perform a minimum of 35 commitment hours each year (20 hours for single parent families), of which 15 of these hours need to be toward a major fundraising event (i.e., fair parking, SCRIP, Entertainment Book sales, fund drive, or annual auction). Hours are tracked monthly using the gold commitment hour forms sent home in the Thursday folders. These forms are also available in the office. There is also a commitment hour book at both campus offices with an accounting of each family's commitment hours. Please take time to check to see how you are progressing on your hours. (Please note: all school volunteers, including parents, must have a completed background check form on file. If you would like a form, please contact either campus office and a form will be sent home to you.)

Extended Care
Extended care is available from 7:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the Puyallup campus and from 7:30 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the Fife campus. The cost is $3.00 per hour per student. The before and after hours Extended Care phone numbers are: Fife (253) 922-5360 and Puyallup (253) 845-9868.

Homework time is always available at extended care. Please remind your child/ren to come prepared with the proper books, paper, etc. They will not be allowed to return to their classrooms once they
have checked in to Extended Care. Snack is served at 4:30 pm, and seconds are served at 5:30 pm.

All students must wait in extended care if there are no duties outside. All students must be checked out by a coach or parent for after school activities—they will not be allowed to leave the campus on their own. Our main priority is your child’s safety. Please make sure you see the on duty staff when signing your child out.

Transportation
Parents provide their own transportation. Carpooling is available. Please see the Parking Lot Safety Diagram for drop-off and pick-up guidelines for the Puyallup campus.

The All Saints School Bus runs between both campuses, before school and after school (including the first day of school). The fee for the bus is $1.50 one -way or $3.00 both ways. (This fee is subject to change based on gas prices.) If you would like to have your child/ren ride the bus, please complete the School Bus Ride Intent Form and submit it to the office.

• Morning Run:
  The bus leaves the Fife campus at 7:30 a.m., and arrives at the Puyallup campus at 7:55 a.m. It departs the Puyallup campus at 8:00 a.m., and returns to the Fife campus at 8:25 a.m.
• Afternoon Run:
  The bus leaves the Fife campus at 2:50 p.m. and arrives at the Puyallup campus at 3:15 p.m. It leaves the Puyallup campus at 3:20 p.m., and returns to the Fife campus at 3:45 p.m. It leaves the Fife campus at 3:50 p.m., and returns to Puyallup at 4:15 p.m.
