School Commission
The School Commission is established by the Pastor, in accord with
the Archdiocesan policy, to assist him and the Principal in policy
development and long range planning for the school. The Commission
is an advisory body to the Pastor and Principal in the formulation
of local policies affecting the parish school. The Principal functions
as the Commission's executive officer.
Just as
the Parish Council serves with the pastor on behalf of the total
parish community, so the School Commission serves with the principal
for the good of the school community.
The School Commission advises the pastor and principal in these
areas of responsibility: planning, policy development, finance,
public relations, and evaluation.
